ProcessThe engine is inspected to determine the extent of damage, wear, and necessary repairs or replacements.
The engine is stripped down to individual components, including cylinder heads, pistons, bearings, and crankshafts.
All parts are thoroughly cleaned to remove carbon deposits, oil residue, and dirt. Components are then tested for structural integrity.
Worn-out parts such as pistons, valves, gaskets, and seals are replaced with high-quality OEM or equivalent parts. Some parts, like the crankshaft and cylinder head, may be re-machined to restore proper tolerances.
The engine is reassembled with new gaskets, bearings, and lubricants, ensuring all parts fit and function correctly.
The rebuilt engine undergoes rigorous testing, including compression, leak-down, and hydrostatic tests, to verify performance and reliability.
The reconditioned engine is installed in the vehicle and carefully monitored. After which a test drive is done to make sure its driving smoothly.
