1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 19 daysof delivery
- The item must be in itsoriginal packagingand in unused, undamaged condition
- Custom wall art orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return.
- Payment details (processed securely via third-party payment processors)

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 22days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect

For damages caused by shipping, we may require you to file a claim with the carrier.
3. Return Process

- Ship the Item-You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom wall art orders.
7. Non-Returnable Items

- Any item returned without prior authorization.
