(graphic “LGBTQIA+” Queer/LGBTQIA+)? Welcome, so are we! We are one of the few out LGBTQIA+ practices in the DMV that specialize in working with our own community.
(Graphic” Sexual Dysfunction”) The sex was good once! Sexual dysfunction can be from mental stressors. We are open and happy to talk about sex and sexuality without fear of judgment or labels. We are sex, kink and generally aware and capable.
(Graphic Neurodivergent) Neurodivergence (Autism and more) Embraced and Supported Here. We don’t really “treat” autism. We help you treat symptoms that create obstacles for you to be the person you want to be and help you manage to improve day-to-day function to meet your goals.
(Graphic “Anxiety”) Stressed? We help people with treatment for anxiety, panic, social anxiety, racing thoughts, and persistent worry.
(Graphic Depressed) Depressed? There are a lot of ways we can help you with your down and depressed mood.
(Graphic focus) Can’t focus, start or finish things? “Adult-onset ADHD” is a thing. Sometimes it’s from missed diagnoses when you were younger, other times it’s simply “ADHD-like symptoms” from other mental factors. We can work with all of that.
(Graphic Trauma) Trauma sucks! There is no other way than to say it—living with trauma does suck. Let us help you manage your symptoms, cope better, and head your way towards thriving as a survivor of trauma.
(Graphic Sleep) Sleepless in… (your bed, or someone else’s): We can talk about sleep problems and solutions.
(Graphic Med side effects) Why do they keep putting me on meds that… Are you concerned about medication side effects? We can work with you to look at atypical approaches to mental health care with fewer side effects. If we get lucky, they will work..
(Graphic Bipolar) The rollercoaster of being Bipolar is only fun when I’m up! Yeah, Bipolar almost literally has its ups and downs, but you shouldn’t have to suffer if we can give you improved stabilization.
(Graphic Binge Eating) Binge eating is a neurochemical thing. Some eating disorders are indicators that your brain is trained to produce dopamine with food. We can medicate some of that away.
(Graphic Therapy) I can’t decide if I want talk therapy, medication or what… While our focus is on medication management, we can offer medication and therapy or just one. Our talk therapy processes focus on humanistic and gestalt style therapy offering some CBT-based skills and a great ear. We can also work with you on integrated therapy with some medications like Ketamine (in a legal, safe and ethical setting).
(Graphic Ketamine) I want Ketamine: Yes, under the right clinical setting we do offer Ketamine and other chemicals that do offer very similar benefits. We can discuss the right clinical solution for you (note we don’t just hand it out like Skittles)

We work with people ages 6-65 who are ready for collaborative mental health care. Maybe you’re navigating a major transition, managing symptoms that affect your daily life, or just looking for a provider who actually listens. We don’t believe in fitting you into predetermined boxes—we’re interested in understanding your unique situation and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Some common experiences that bring people to us: managing ADHD or anxiety, navigating identity and relationships, dealing with depression or mood changes, working through past trauma, supporting neurodivergent strengths, or simply wanting a fresh perspective on your mental health.
What matters most is that you feel comfortable with us and ready to work together.
We consider integrated functional approaches, innovative medication approaches, supplement (nutraceutical) approaches, and combinations of care that other providers might not think to try. Your treatment should be as unique as you are.
