Dr. Paula Morrell, has over 20 years of experience, education, and training in human resources, that encompasses expertise in areas such as HR compliance, auditing, employee relations, training C development, coaching C counseling, recruitment C selection, labor relations, risk management, employee benefits, compensation, and the list goes on. Dr. Morrell has worked for both the private and public sectors, where she has held the position of Human Resources Director and HR/Risk Management Director. She has obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources, and her Doctoral degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She has received her Resident State of Florida Insurance license 02-15-for life/annuities/health. Dr. Morrell is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, and she is also a member of SHRM. It is a combination of her training, experience, education, passion, and drive that has led Dr. Morrell to be the expert in her field with a nuanced uniqueness and focus.
