Elmhurst Garden Walk & Faire – This is the club’s largest fund-raising activity for the year and all profit is donated to educational scholarships, local, cultural or charitable causes. It includes the viewing of several private & public gardens located throughout historic Elmhurst. The Faire, in Wilder Park consists of a craft boutique.
Located in Wilder Park, this 8,800-square-foot garden project won First Place for Landscape Design from the National Council of State Garden Clubs. The garden contains over 50 varieties of culinary, medicinal and fragrant herbs. This project is a joint effort between the Elmhurst Garden Club and the park district

General Meetings for Elmhurst Garden Club are held the first Monday of every month, except September and April when meeting is held on the second Monday of the month. There are no meetings in July & August.
Elmhurst Garden Club meetings are held at the Wilder Mansion located in Wilder Park at 211 S. Prospect.

The mission of the Elmhurst Garden Club is to encourage the advancement of, and stimulate an interest in, horticulture through education: To aid in the protection of the environment, To provide an outlet for creative expression, To encourage civic beautification, To provide gift scholarships to further horticulture, conservation, landscape design and science education.
In addition to being a group of people who love to garden and talk about it, the club has been, and continues to be, an integral part of the community. It contributes time and funds to the, Elmhurst Public Schools programs, the Park District, and the Elmhurst College Arboretum. Club meetings are held each month at the Wilder Mansion and all are welcome.
